Our walnuts are doused in real maple syrup and cooked in our golden caramel before being spread out to cool and harden. We then break it up into little pieces of brittle bliss and bag them up.
The candied mixed nuts are slowly roasted with cinnamon and sugar and a sprinkling of salt to bring out the natural flavours of the nuts. The hardest part of this recipe is waiting for them to cool before eating them!
