• Peanut Brittle - Roasted peanuts set in delicious golden caramel
• Amarula Fudge - Rich, crisp and brimming with glugs of creamy Amarula Cream
• Macadamia Nougat - Soft chewy nougat studded with macadamia nuts
• Crunchies - Oat biscuit made from coconut, oats and syrup.  Very moreish!
• Lamingtons - Fluffy squares of vanilla sponge, dipped in rich chocolate sauce, and then rolled in tropical coconut.
• Date Squares - sweet, sticky, irresistible squares made from dates, crunchy chunks of tea biscuits and rolled in coconut flakes.
