Gran's Millionaire Shortbread

A very special shortbread recipe is used for this posh treat.  My Granny Gowan, from Scotland, has passed this recipe down through our generations.  Her shortbread was well known in her town and we are very lucky to have this precious recipe.

We top this very special shortbread with a blanket of golden, buttery caramel and a topping of the finest Belgian Callebaut chocolate. 

An opulent treat fit for royalty, I'm sure you'll agree.
