I’ve always loved peanut brittle. I used to buy it as a child. This was just as I remember it, beautiful and crunchy with the addition of a delicious toffee. I gave a bag to my friend and she shared it with her parents, when they visited and she said that all she heard was the crunch of the peanut brittle!! Needless to say, they loved it.

Too brittle!
